Smoothie with boiled pumpkin, lemon, and chia


100g boiled pumpkin

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon Chia seeds

70ml water

Honey on request

If necessary, water where the pumpkin was cooked.

  1. Put water and Chia seeds in a glass. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Then we put the boiled pumpkin and the squeezed lemon juice in the glass of Blender. Add cinnamon, ginger, and mix for one minute. Here we add the Chia seeds. Stir and serve in a glass.
  3. If desired, to achieve the desired density, add the liquid where the pumpkin was boiled. Of course, honey can be added if desired.
