Healthy and fast lunch: Vegan tortilla sandwich

Tortillas have been very popular for several years, and what about a vegan tortilla? This recipe looks fantastic.

Ingredients needed:

1 tortilla

2 tablespoons hummus

a handful of fresh spinach

1 medium carrot

2 tablespoons cashews

1 tomato

Method of preparation:

Spread the hummus on the tortilla, then place the spinach in the middle.

Top with grated carrots, chopped tomatoes, and cashews.

Wrap the tortilla and bake it in a pan.
