Apple chips

Apple chips are great, tasty, and healthy to snack on. When you get bored of potato chips and want to eat something healthy, tasty, and in large quantities, here’s how to make quick, easy, and interesting apple chips.

It’s needed:

4 hard apples (Granny Smith green apples recommended)

two tablespoons of sugar

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup cold water

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius. As you prepare the slices, put them in the water with the lemon juice so that they do not turn black. Place baking paper in a pan and arrange the apples. From above, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake for two hours until the ends of the apples rise up and turn golden.

Note: If the apples are soft after two hours, bake for another hour and a half. Therefore, it is best to cut the apples as thin as possible so that they bake nicely and are crunchy. If you want extra crunchy apple chips, do not peel the apple peel.
